Energy

Energy~ Our energetic world is responsible for shaping our physical world.(3)  Most people can't live the life they want to live because of lack of energy.  It's time we look at the fact that we are more than just a body.  We have feelings -we are emotional; we have a soul - we are spiritual; and we have minds - we are mental beings.  Science proves that mind, body, spirit and emotions constantly interact-and sickness in any one of those areas affects the other.  (0) Everything we do involves energy.  “Your body is using metabolic energy from your last meal as you read this.” (1) When we are feeling emotional our whole being can take on that energy.  Even after  a traumatic event is over and forgotten that energy can still be trapped inside, disrupting the flow and distorting the tissues around it. Every one of us has years of emotions trapped in stored cellular energy. This is where emotions can truly hurt us if we don’t learn to let go. For some the emotion could be loosing a loved one, a tragic accident or a business that failed.  Trapped emotion can be toxic to the immune system.  Emotions such as anger drains our energy as with negative thinking.

Digestion~  Digestion stops the moment we become stressed. Some of us however may still continue to eat as a form of comfort. This can in itself cause an array of problems in the immune system. Energy levels can plummet when digestion is interrupted with stress. When our digestive system does not fully break down food, fat storage increases. Sometimes bloating and acid reflux are preliminary warning signs of other symptoms such as loss of cellular energy, and food intolerance's. If the body has sufficient nerve energy it will attempt to break down, neutralize and eliminate toxic waste. If it doesn’t disease symptoms may shift to another part of the body.

Our Minds~ Our mind digest information throughout the day.  How, what and where we take in this information is critically important. Our subconscious mind stores our emotions. This can begin emotional blockages. The energy of our beliefs’ are stored in our chakras. (0) We can become overwhelmed with the information that enters our life in the form of anger, arguments, TV,  e-mails and more.  “All sensory impute that impacts our nervous system undergoes some form of digestion and elimination.” (2) The energy of our body depends on not only on vibrationally rich nutrition but our vibrational frequency from daily activities or anxieties. If we live in a state of fear, negativity, depression and separation we disrupt vibrational frequency. Stress is the life force that disrupts balance and the body’s energy.  We spend a lot of time and energy trying to control things in our life that sometimes seem out of control, such as events, people and situations. Constant worrying drains our brain of energy and focusing power.

Energy & Skin~ The main function of the skin is to act as a physical, chemical and antimicrobial defense system. Liver-related toxic stress includes headaches, dry skin, bags under the eyes, fluid retention under the skin, and skin problems anywhere. “Studies have shown that both stress and gut inflammation can impair the integrity and protective function of the epidermal barrier.” (8) The stressed brain can harm our skin. Like few other organs, the skin is continuously exposed to multiple exogenous and endogenous stressors.(9)  Dehydration causes stress on all organs in the body. Less water in the body means less moisture for the skin. Most Americans are chronically dehydrated.
