Connie also writes articles and conducts workshops at schools, fitness centers and various organizations to help us understand how food affects our digestive system, energy level, mood and focus. In 2011, Connie Costello was responsible for implementing a health program (Nutrition Detectives developed by David Katz, MD in internal and preventive medicine) at the middle school, St. Paul Lutheran School in Boca Raton, FL.
