As a life coach, I found Amina to be a patient and generous listener and very insightful. Her ability to help me to understand my leadership qualities and style was a tremendous benefit. She also helped me to see and acknowledge other strengths but get over the fear and concern that acknowledging those strengths is arrogant. Arrogance doesn’t come from acknowledging your strengths, the potential for arrogance is in how you utilize your strengths; do your strengths make you better than someone else? This was a huge insight that impacted my self perception and helped me become an even more effective leader.

Working with Amina was effective, insightful and pleasant and a more than worthwhile investment.

I had the pleasure of working with Amina Hedayat Khalil. She brings a level of compassion and dedication to her counseling that are inherent to her character.
She helped me navigate through a crisis I was going through, offering empathetic support and a fresh perspective. Her calming voice is also a plus! I would highly recommend her services.

I am writing this testimonial for Amina, my Life Coach. I have the pleasure of being coached by someone that is very caring, gentle when needed, thought provoking and a true gem. Amina has a natural style where you feel like you’re talking to a friend; however she has no issue making you stop and think through your scenario from a different perspective. Being able to interact freely is one of her talents! There are no judgments, forcing of her beliefs or telling you what to do as she explains the journey is mine not hers! Amina always has information available for every situation we have discussed so I find I am growing as a person and expanding my knowledge along the way. Amina is an exceptional person and Life Coach!!

I believe the event was very worthwhile and I found it very beneficial. Whenever there is such a significant crisis in someone’s life, I think they become more reflective and are looking for ways to again find meaning, hope and joy. The seminar really puts life in perspective and is a good starting point for reflection. I would highly recommend continuing it.
The facilitator, Amina, was warm, inviting and easy to listen to. I loved it! My favorite quote is “If you don’t change, there will be no change”. She reinforced what needs to be done beautifully!
