Amina Hedayat Khalil, speaker, published author, and coach, has more than 37 years of experience working with women and men from different cultures to overcome differences and harmonize school and work environments. Her service leadership qualities have allowed her to gain the cooperation of diverse groups when managing projects and events. Her studies of International Marketing, Cross-Cultural Communication, Psychology, and Intersections in Sociology, helped shape her approach to working with many foreign students and expatriates working and living in the United States facilitating workshops and seminars for them and their families. For eleven years, Amina worked directly with youth on their personal development and leadership abilities; today, many are successful professionals in their various fields. Amina has given lectures for many organizations and various universities, among them Michigan State Universityand the University of Michigan.

She is a Certified Strategic Intervention Coach from the Robbins-Madanes Coach Training. Amina earned the Highest Award of Achievement as a Dale Carnegie Training graduate.
