Mandy Roczniak has more than 23 years of experience in the field of coaching; 20 years as a collegiate softball coach (nine as a DI Head Coach) and three years as a certified life coach. She has mentored and coached high-level athletes throughout her career to help them reach their full potential and attain their athletic, academic, career, and life goals.
While looking to transition away from the world of collegiate athletics, Mandy wanted to expand her ability to help others reach their full potential and achieve greater results in life. When she learned about life coaching, which would give her ability to help people in so many meaningful ways, she knew it was the perfect match. Mandy has been able to successfully bring her coaching know-how to all of her clients, helping them tap into and release their inner greatness. She brings expertise in goal setting, leadership development, personal development, and navigating through life transitions.
Mandy is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). She is a 2010 graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Outside of work, Mandy is passionate about golf, photography, and various outdoor activities. She loves listening to music and dancing. Mandy is always looking to learn new things and believes you are never too old to grow. She hopes to ignite others’ inner greatness to live fearless, focused, and free.
