Rachelle earned a BA in Communications/Marketing from the University of California at Davis as a student athlete (competitive swimming). She is a certified leadership coach by iPEC as a CPC, ELI-MP, and via (ICF) International Coach Federation.

In her spare time Rachelle teaches yoga and is the lead singer of a classic rock band. She loves to be outdoors in nature and take long walks with her dog.
