“Tommy’s coaching has had such a positive impact on my life and on my thought process when I am faced with new situations or in relating to the people around me. His coaching has taught me how to take ownership for my decisions, how to view other’s actions towards me in a much more positive light, and how to become much more mindful of how I treat myself.”
